CiiGrid Quickstart supports the process of engaging business users to move valuable organizational data to SharePoint. The product does this by allowing users to tag files and by automatically moving them to the right Sharepoint site.
The product helps you find the content owners and uses workflow to push them to add metadata (classifications, tags and ratings). When all important data is tagged, our export module will create a custom intranet or team sites. These sites will be in line with the structure of your organization. The files will be migrated to the (department organized) sites and all gathered metadata will be added to the SharePoint. Pricing start at 1800 Euro (2199 dollar) for 10 users.
