The CiiGrid Delver supports the process of collectively tagging and rating files, generating SharePoint Sites and moving the files to the right (department) site.

The product helps you find the content owners and uses workflow to push them to add metadata (classifications, tags and ratings). When all important data is tagged, our export module will create a custom intranet or team sites. These sites will be in line with the structure of your organization. The files will be migrated to the (department organized) sites and all gathered metadata will be added to the SharePoint.
